APC stakeholders in Arochukwu back Emenike, other candidates – The Sun Nigeria

Stakeholders of Arochukwu Local Government Area in Abia State backed the All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate, Chief Ikechi Emenike, ahead of the 2023 elections.

This commitment was expressed in Ututu where stakeholders including women and youth groups gathered to receive the Chief of Abia APC during his visit to Arochukwu Local Government.

Emenike was in Ututu where he inaugurated branded campaign vehicles of APC candidate for Arochukwu/Federal Constituency Leader Dan Okeke who said he acquired the vehicles months before the primary ballot due to his strong belief that Emenike would emerge victorious.

Several community leaders, party stakeholders and women leaders who spoke at the event pledged to work very hard to ensure that APC maintains its grip on the Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency. They expressed their joy at the emergence of Emenike as the standard bearer for APC’s governorship in Abia for the 2023 poll.

Okeke, called on the people of Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency to jump on board Chief Emenike’s “wagon bandwagon” and contribute with their votes to put Abia in the hands of a capable leader.

The House of Representatives candidate said his only regret was not knowing Emenike early enough to start drinking his milk of human kindness, high principles, intelligence, leadership skills and practical ideas to wake Abia from her slumber.

“He (Emenike) is the only man who used his position and connections to empower the Abia. He attracted so many federal jobs to Abians.

“He is the only man who will work with technocrats, people of integrity to develop Abia. He is outspoken and that is why fraudsters devalue him because they know he will not give them space to operate and waste Abia’s resources if he becomes governor,” Okeke said.

Emenike urged the people of Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency to support his rescue mission as the end product would be of great benefit to all Abians as well as the residents.

The CPA gubernatorial candidate acknowledged that his detractors have continued to deploy every tool at their disposal to paint him in a bad light in order to damage his image. He identified those behind the cruel propaganda directed against him, portraying them as the beneficiaries of the rot in Abia who want to maintain the status quo. He felt sorry for the people of Arochukwu for the suffering they are enduring in accessing their homes when exiting or entering due to the collapse of Arochukwu – Ohafia Road and Itu Mbuzo Road.
