(Nasdaq: TASK)…have a pattern of exaggerated and inflated trade claims, including including revenue, and cover-increasing financial pressure with reduced disclosures, hand-picked market data, and non-standard key performance indicators.” The report notes the shortcomings of its CEO, CFO, and CFO. chief accounting officer, as well as issues with its financial assumptions and reporting methods, among other things.At this news, TaskUs stock fell $5.46, or more than 15%, to close at 30.13 $ per share on January 20, 2022, which hurt investors.
